- Place of shipment and delivery time
Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Slovakia, covering the European Union and multiple regions around the world.
Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after successful payment (excluding holidays). Customized orders or promotional period orders may be slightly extended. We will notify you of the specific progress via email. - Delivery range and cost
Within the European Union: Free standard transportation (arriving within 3-7 working days), express service available (extra charge, 2-4 working days).
International orders: Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the destination (shown on the checkout page), and customs clearance taxes are borne by the buyer. - Logistics tracking and notification
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the package in real time through the official website of [Carrier Name].
If you do not receive shipping notice within 30 days, please contact defenseeur@euustool.com to check the order status. - Delay and Loss handling
Extreme weather or customs inspections may cause delays. We will proactively update logistics information.
If the package is lost during transportation, we will resend it free of charge or refund it (a carrier investigation certificate is required). - Return and exchange address
Returns must be sent back to the designated warehouse in Slovakia (address as per the return and exchange policy), and the shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer, unless it is due to quality issues of the goods.
