1. Scope of policy application
    All sold chair products (including custom-made and promotional items) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except in the following exceptional circumstances:
    The goods were damaged during transportation (valid evidence within 48 hours must be provided).
    The received goods are seriously inconsistent with the order description (such as incorrect color or model).
  2. Disclaimer
    As chairs are large household items and most of the requests are customized (such as size and fabric), we cannot accept returns without reason.
    Please make sure to confirm the size chart, material description and design effect drawing on the product detail page before placing an order. If you have any questions, please contact customer service (defenseeur@euustool.com).
  3. Problem handling process
    If the above exceptional circumstances apply, please follow the steps below:
    Contact customer service: Send an email to defenseeur@euustool.com within 48 hours after signing for receipt, along with the order number, problem description and clear photo/video evidence;
    Review and confirmation: We will verify and reply with the solution by email within 3 working days (such as reissuing accessories or partial compensation).
    Dispute resolution: If negotiation fails, the matter may be further handled in accordance with the consumer rights laws of your region.
  4. Other matters needing attention
    Upon receipt of the goods, it is deemed that the appearance is undamaged. Please be sure to inspect the goods on the spot.
    This policy does not apply due to non-quality issues such as customer’s mistaken purchase or subjective dislike.
